International scientific participation of instructors from the faculty of engineering

  Assistant Prof. Dr. Mohammed Issam Younis, a coach at Cisco Networking Academy and an instructor at the department of computer engineering at the college of engineering, University of Baghdad attended a workshop entitled “Beyond Routing and Switching” within “Computer Networking Series” held by the Central Cisco Academy at United States. This workshop embraced various specializations of computer and network engineers beyond “Routing Switching” within three axes (Network Security & Cybersecurity & Data Centers Wireless Communications & Technologies) since these axes are considered as an essential pillar in both the research and the applied fields and in the era of Internet we live in. Assistant prof. Dr. Firas Mohammed Taimeh, director of the academy and assistant prof. Dr. Mohamed Issam Younis stressed on the need that the professors at the departments concerned who are teaching or supervising graduate students should enroll in such networks seminars with Cisco Academy at the college of engineering as well as acquiring certificates of participation adopted internationally that would strengthen the scientific rank of our university worldwide.
