Unit of student activities at the faculty of political sciences, Baghdad University held a ceremony in support of the popular crowd, sponsored directly by the deanery in the presence of the dean, Prof. Dr. Abdul Jabbar Ahmed Abdallah. This ceremony came within the festival organized in support of the popular crowd under the slogan “We draw our strength from our holy crowd” along with the victories achieved by our military, security forces and the popular crowd. This event included many ceremonial events, such as table tennis and chess championships for the students in addition to a football game as well as a drawing exhibition and a book fair. Also a short film was presented that deals with the victories recorded by the security forces and reciting poems along with the campaign launched by the deanship to donate blood in which most members and students at the faculty participated in.
