Scientific visit to Basra oil fields
Department of petroleum engineering at the faculty of engineering, Baghdad University organized a scientific visit for the 4th grade students to Basra oil fields, sponsored by the ministry of oil/Iraqi drilling company under the supervision of prof. Ahmed Taleb and prof. Qahtan Adnan. The program included visiting the following fields: Al-Tuba, Artawi, Rumaila North fields and a number of workshops such as excavation and restoration workshop, electrical and mechanical maintenance workshop, micro machine workshop, generators’ maintenance workshop and baiting workshop.
