Trump and brainstorming in a seminar at the center for international studies

Center for international and strategic studies at University of Baghdad held a seminar on brainstorming in a series of its scientific meetings held periodically on the urgent issues witnessed in the regional and international arena and has nothing to do with Iraq. This session was attended by professors of the center and selected researchers from outside and at the beginning the director of the center Assistant Prof. Dr. Ali Draiwl talked about the American president Trump’s brainstorming depending on depth studies and then Assistant Professor Dr. Mufid Gassid al-Zaidi head of the department of regional and international studies hinted that the U.S. research centers are discussing the topic (how does Trump think?) since they believe that his winning shocked the American people and foreign observers who care about future American politics and then asked the question (how will Trump, and he doesn’t know anyone, including President elect how to rule the country?) in case that there are many presidential requirements that not necessarily be in line with the American electoral campaigns. This seminar reached at a number of recommendations that should be taken into consideration by the Iraqi decision maker in any Iraqi diplomatic action when dealing with Trump. The first one is that uprooting the radical Islamic terrorism according to Trump is something important because Iraq is fighting a global terrorism on its territory so that the Iraqi Government must interact with this orientation with a high degree for the sake of stability and security in Iraq. The second point is that the Iraqi diplomacy is in need to establish solid grounds with the United States according to the Iraqi vision. The third point is to unite the Iraqi governmental vision at least before approaching to dialogue with Trump Administration. Then the relationship of Kurdistan with the Federal Government should be in one vision when dealing with Washington.
