Department of Arabic calligraphy and ornamentation at the faculty of fine arts, University of Baghdad held a ceremony for signing a book entitled (clearly third calligraphy: an aesthetic study) authored by Dr. Hussein Ali Jarmat where this meeting started with a speech delivered by Dr. Abdul Ridha Bahia who talked about this book and its significance since its author is one of the well distinguished calligraphers with reference to the certificates and awards he gained during his academic march. Head of department Dr. Jawad al-Zaidi talked about the cultural space in which we live in light of violence and fear and he gave a hint of this kind of calligraphy, its origin and evolution in comparison with the old and the new configuration systems.
