Natural history museum participates in the international conference on fashion


Natural history museum at University of Baghdad participated in the international conference named (fashion and jewelry: technique and creativity) held in the corridors of Applied Arts Institute. This event witnessed many lectures where Assistant teacher Waad Adnan submitted his paper entitled (employing traditional symbols in fashion) and Assistant teacher Abbas Kazim Abbas presented a paper that discussed (fashion ornaments and decorations in the Abbasid period: a historical study) as well as a paper presented by teacher Mahmoud Hussein entitled (impact of the Arab-Islamic heritage and civilization in fashion and jewelry in modern European painting). At the conclusion of the conference, certificates of appreciation were distributed to researchers.
