Abstract

Achemiluminescencecell and also to conduct an insituenergy transfer chemical reaction inside the cell. The resultant signal arise from chemiluminescenceor energy transfer through the stimulated fluorescence where the chemiluminescence photons energy is absorbed by molecules capable of being fluorescent .Multi-inlets  163uL cell volume ; three inlets for reactants of chemiluminescence with the introduction of an acceptor fluorescent molecules . The entrance of the chemical reactants arranged to be tangential spiral fluid rotation; which is quite necessary for homogeneous mixing and for good profile response through the process of Mixing – Reaction-Energy transfer- Cell departure via 4mm outlet tube to ensure correct enclosure of flow and avoiding any restriction in delaying the departure of reactant products whether they are generated photons or reaction bye-products . The outlet then leaves the system via a teflon tube of insideΦof 1mm and outlet Φ of 2mm. The intended cell was tried for the most common usablechemiluminescencereaction of Luminol-H2O2-Co(II) and gave a good unique repeatability with very excellent confidence.
