Continuing education unit at the faculty of administration and economics, University of Baghdad organized a course on human resource management for the employees of education at Basra, Kirkuk and the ministry of oil delivered by Dr. Iyad Mahmood and the teacher Alaa Daham for five days with the participation of 17 participants aimed to enhancing their efficiency. The course dealt with multiple themes such as (personnel management: concepts and performance, characterization and job classification, appointment, training, promotion, evaluation procedures, salaries and bonuses).
