Symposium on impact of work pressure on performance of workers at the faculty of administration and economics 


Department of industrial management at the faculty of administration and economics organized a specialized symposium entitled “The impact of work pressure on performance of workers” delivered by teacher Widad Mussa Mohammed who talked about the definition of organization’s success in achieving its goals that is measured by a range of variables of which work pressure is the most important one. The lecturer addressed also topics such as the challenges facing contemporary organizations in achieving their own goals with increased competition, high levels of functional pressure that may adversely affect individual performance as well as the performance of the organization as a whole. The symposium reached at a series of recommendations: further studies of internal and external work pressure relationships with other variables such as leave of work, early retirement, job frustration and work accidents.
