Faculty of veterinary medicine at University of Baghdad participated in a celebration set on the occasion of the world environmental day sponsored by the ministry of environment at the Zoo Hall and under the slogan (I am with nature) in the presence of a gathering of those concerned. The participants praised the role of the college of veterinary medicine in maintaining animal health and providing advice, as well as in holding academic seminars and conferences. This event witnessed presenting several documentaries that shed light on the importance of environment in our lives, also a number of lectures were delivered on international conventions on conservation of endangered animals.
