Assistant Prof. Yarob Omar Naji, an instructor from the department of Mechatronics engineering at Al-Khwarizmi College of engineering, University of Baghdad and a PhD scholar for at University of Washington, USA delivered a lecture entitled “The generation of ultrasonic waves for the feeding and operation of electronic radio communication circuits within the body of the organism”. The lecture gave an explanation of the use of ultrasound waves in communication instead of radio waves through implanting electronic devices in different parts of human body, for example for therapeutic purposes to avoid using batteries that have a grave negative effect in surgery.
