Teacher Dr. Fatha’ Mizhr Ali from the department of statistics at the faculty of administration and economics published a research entitled “Mixture Model-based Association analysis with Case-control data in Genome wide association studies” in a German discreet journal called “statistical Applications in Genetics and Molecularbiology”. This research examines the probability relationship of hereditary factors and diseases caused by via analysis of genetic interconnections in Genome (GWAS) for two groups (infected and non-infected people) to know if there is a genetic correlation with the disease under study where the researcher found a number of genes that have shown a strong correlation with the diseases studied.
