The college of physical education for women at the university of Baghdad participated in the program (Iraqi football visitor) organized by the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad in cooperation with (sport united) within the agreement of strategic framework signed between the republic of Iraq and the United States for identifying young women to the community of the developed countries and their sports science. Tamara Sabah Hameed, an athlete confirmed the goal of the program which seeks to develop the Iraqi women players aged (13-18 years) with the participation of (13) Iraqi women players, three coaches of football aged (25 years) who made a quick training tour dealt with how to build and set a football team for women, as well as holding seminars on the topics of health, sound physique, respecting diversity and right competition between women which contributes in the socio – cultural interaction between the two countries.
