The faculty of languages is witnessing wide preparations to hold the 8th scientific conference for translation and the dean of the faculty of Languages, Assistant Prof. Dr. Sawsan Faisal al-Samer said that the college of languages is one of the active and effective colleges in the field of scientific conferences, symposiums, seminars and that this conference is part of a plan for 2014 and that a preparatory committee of 15 instructors and employees for this conference for administrative, organizational and financial fields while another scientific committee with receive researches and studies to determine their scientific validity. She added that the themes of the conference will be identical with the departments of the college: translation, languages, literature and the focus will be on the practical aspects of translation. The 8th scientific conference will be a scientific and cultural after the great success achieved by the college at the 3rd conference for translation.
