The faculty of information at the university of Baghdad is planning to establish additional training workshops for students within its plans for the academic year 2013-2014. Prof. Dr. Hashim Hassan al-Tamimi, dean of the college, said (we have a lot of ideas in the field of adding new training workshops for students that contribute in developing their skills in dealing with various journalist arts. It is part of the overall plan for the academic year 2013-2014 to establish a new studio added to the previous ones set up last year, a new hall for editing news that is equipped with the latest electronic equipments in line with the requirements of developing information and technology in the world. The plan includes establishing a sound laboratory as well as supplying classrooms with a data show device that serves the practical side).
