The department of automated manufacturing engineering at Al-Khwarizmi college of engineering organized a scientific visit for the students of the second grade to Baghdad company for soft drinks on Wednesday 19/02/2014 at al-Zafaraniyah under the supervision of the instructor, assistant teacher Wisam Thamer, Thaer Mahmoud, the director of media at the college. The objectives of the visit is to make a scientific link between the theoretical study and practical application in the field of industrial processes, defining the outputs, the initial stages of the work such as the process of mixing gaseous material, measuring the concentration ratios, manufacturing plastic bottles of all sizes, the process of packing and visiting the plant of producing the dioxide carbon gas. The visit achieved practical scientific benefits for students since the plant contains modern equipment (PLC), surveillance cameras that all contribute in enhancing the Iraqi economic and industrial sectors for the purpose of serving our country and university.
