The department of journalism at the college of mass communication, university of Baghdad hosted Dr. Ali al-Nashmi as part of a series of interviewing with encyclopedist characters to shed light on their scientific experiments. Dr. Mohammed Falhi, head of department said that “the college, within its current and future plans, is focusing on practical application of students to develop their skills in writing different press releases. The college hosted many media, cultural and literary personalities among them is Dr. Ali al-Nashmi for his wide knowledge in culture, literature, politics, sociology, history, psychology and else”. At the end, a dialogue between him and students and professors was opened. It is worth mentioning that he was the author of two hundred published books, three hundred to be published and he has a Ph.D. degree in history as a professor, many radio and television programs, lecturing in the department of history at the college of arts.
