College of arts honors one of its experienced professors and holds an exhibition simulating southern Iraq


The department of sociology in the faculties of arts at the universities of Baghdad and Qadisiya organized a photographic exhibition that is characterized with its portraits of humanitarian dimensions and its implications that simulate the beautiful  and the genuine reality of southern Iraq. The anthropologist, Dr. Alaa Jawad Kadhim participated in while the attendants  praised the exhibition and interacted with the nature of the paintings. On the other hand, the university of Salahaddin in Arbil held a ceremony honoring Dr. Kamal Mudhir Ahmed one of the instructors in the department of history, the faculty of arts at the university of Baghdad which is an initiative of the minister of higher education and scientific research, Mr. Ali Mohammed Hussein al-Adeeb since he is one of the scientific figures in Iraq. He is on of the professors of history in Iraq and the Arab world who enriched history with many researches and studies that helped his students in the initial and graduate studies and this initiative had a long lasting impression on those in charge of higher education in Iraq as part of its sponsorship for its esteemed scientists and professors. The representative of the minister of higher education and scientific research granted the excellence shield, a bouquet of flowers and a certificate of appreciation to Dr. Kamal Mudhir Ahmed for his good efforts in enriching history in Iraq in the presence of a big gathering of members of Kurdistan parliament and ministers, as well as a large number of his colleagues, students and professors of history at the Iraqi universities.
