A study at the college of science for women addresses the impact of obesity on diabetes


A discussion of a master’s thesis entitled ( A study of the impact of obesity and insulin resistance on liver enzymes in patients with diabetes, type II ) submitted by the student (Ashwaq Majeed Salman) took place in the college of science for women at the university of Baghdad at the hall of continuing education. The study aims at addressing the effect of obesity on liver enzymes in patients with diabetes, type II. The results showed high levels of phosphatase enzymes and Kama klotamil in patients compared with the control group and a high level of insulin resistance and the level of fat in people with obesity and diabetes. The study showed that there is a positive relationship between insulin resistance and body mass coefficient with the level of insulin in people with obesity and diabetics, type II.
