University of Baghdad holds a course on the methods of academic dealing of university guards
The unit of continuing education at the college of science for women, university of Baghdad held a course entitled “methods of academic dealing of university guards” the goal of which is to introduce the personnel of the reception and the university guards with the cultural methods of dealing with clients and employees of the college. The first lecture addressed the optimal performance of those concerned in terms of their clothes, timeliness of work, not to use mobiles during work hours, as well as talking softly with visitors. The second lecture focused on the best practices for providing best services for visitors and employees in terms of (patience, attention, giving correct information and knowledge about the work of the college and others) that all will enhance the reputation of the college and our university.
