Through the quest of the university of Baghdad to participate in international forums in line with its priorities, a new book was released by Dr. Rahim Ali Karam, an instructor at the center for international studies – translation unit entitled “one of the keys of the vast world of Arabic – inflection: essential indicators of inflection” written in Russian and issued by the German Lambert academic publishing. This book is intended to reclassify languages based on the scientific rules established by Arab scientists, particularly inflection rules system. The book consists of three chapters, the first is a classification preface, the second one addresses the principles of integration of linguistic levels of inflection. The third chapter deals with classification based on inflection in Arabic, English, Russian and Chinese. This classification is contradictory the classification of Schlegel who considered the barrier languages such as Chinese the first phase of language evolution, since the origin of Aramaic language deemed to Jesus and the new testament, the old Hebrew of old testament and Arabic that is the language of the Koran that are the only languages of the three divine religions. This proves the falsity of there is no barrier language that is fully inflected.
