The college of physical education, university of Baghdad organized a workshop on the use of modern electronic systems in exam questions. In the workshop, several lectures by Mr. Faisal Ehsan al-Badri, CEO of information technology of Al-Badri co. and the official agent of global (canon) co., Mr. Ali Karim Kamal, executive engineer of the company. The workshop included the use of exam questions program, method of providing the necessary information about the names of students, their sequences and allocation of fixed number for each student, in addition to uploading questions and their correct answers. The organizers of the workshop dealt with this program, especially printing questions papers and Barcode after completion of the exam via the use of a scanner, then providing results of students’ examination, scores, percentage, as well as many other reports which enable the instructor to follow the development of his students and their scientific achievement. At the end of the lecture, open discussion and dialogue was opened about the use of this program, its flexibility in defining, diversification and the volume of its information absorption. All questions were fully answered by the lecturers and the participants praised the efforts of the concerned professionals in the company through the delivery of everything new and modern in software systems that serve the scientific process of Iraqi universities.
