Within the multiple activities and accomplishments undertaken by the instructors of the university of Baghdad through opening up to the outside world and participation in international workshops and symposia in line with the objectives of the university and its high position in world rankings such as “webometrics” released in Madrid, Spain, where it excelled 23500 international universities of 25,000 global universities within this classification that is the first rank among the Iraqi and Arab universities and gained the 11th rank for Arab universities and the “1350th” for Iraqi universities. This achievement came after Dr. Mohammed Ismail Mohammed, an instructor from the computer center at the university of Baghdad, got the title of “ambassador of peace” in 2015 for his exceptional efforts that contribute in the success of the educational process in our new Iraq.
