President of the university of Baghdad, professor Dr. Alaa Abdul Hussein Abdul Rasool chaired an expanded meeting attended by all the secretaries of the councils in Baghdad university’s formations in faculties, institutes and centers where he addressed the attendants to follow modern methods and mechanisms when writing the minutes of councils, especially that related to the instructions and strategic decisions for students and professors. This came as a result of opening a workshop sponsored by the secretariat of the university council on how to write records where the secretary of the council of the university of Baghdad, Dr. Suad Abdul Musa presented an explanatory pamphlet that includes the tables and records to be followed in order to avoid administrative mistakes since our university won three stars in (QS).
